Śuka’s Yoga-ascent, the Echo of ‘Bhoḥ’, and the Vaikuṇṭha Vision

पादात्प्रभृति गात्रेषु क्रमेण क्रमयोगवित् । ततः स प्राङ्मुखो विद्वानादित्येन विरोचिते ॥ ६ ॥

pādātprabhṛti gātreṣu krameṇa kramayogavit | tataḥ sa prāṅmukho vidvānādityena virocite || 6 ||

เริ่มจากเท้าแล้วไล่ขึ้นสู่อวัยวะทั้งหลายตามลำดับ ผู้รู้ครมะโยคะพึงจัดวางสติภาวนาให้เป็นขั้นตอน แล้วบัณฑิตนั้นพึงหันหน้าไปทางทิศตะวันออก ปฏิบัติในรัศมีศักดิ์สิทธิ์แห่งอาทิตยะ (สุริยะ)
