Śokanivāraṇa: Non-brooding, Impermanence, Contentment, and Śuka’s Renunciation

विप्रयोगश्च सर्वस्य न वाचा न च विद्यया । प्रणयं परिसंहृत्य संस्तुतेष्वितरेषु च ॥ ४४ ॥

viprayogaśca sarvasya na vācā na ca vidyayā | praṇayaṃ parisaṃhṛtya saṃstuteṣvitareṣu ca || 44 ||

การตัดขาดจากความยึดติดทั้งปวง มิได้สำเร็จด้วยวาจาเพียงอย่างเดียว และมิได้สำเร็จด้วยความรู้เพียงอย่างเดียว เมื่อถอนความคุ้นเคยและความรักใคร่ออกแล้ว พึงวางใจเสมอภาคต่อผู้ที่ถูกสรรเสริญและผู้อื่นทั้งหลาย
