राजोवाच । किं श्रांतोऽस्यल्पमध्वानं त्वयोढा शिबिका मम । किमायाससहो न त्वं पीवा नासि निरीक्ष्यसे ॥ ५२ ॥

rājovāca | kiṃ śrāṃto'syalpamadhvānaṃ tvayoḍhā śibikā mama | kimāyāsasaho na tvaṃ pīvā nāsi nirīkṣyase || 52 ||

พระราชาตรัสว่า “ทางก็สั้น เหตุใดเจ้าจึงเหนื่อยเมื่อแบกเสลี่ยงของเรา? เจ้าไม่อาจทนความเพียรได้หรือ? เจ้าไม่แข็งแรงหรือ? เมื่อเรามองดู เจ้าดูไม่อ้วนกำยำเลย”
