Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It teaches that devotional merit depends on sincerity and capacity (yathā-vibhava), and it venerates Surabhi as a divine, world-nurturing presence aligned with Viṣṇu’s abode—linking everyday offerings to Viṣṇu-bhakti.
Bhakti is shown as accessible: even a single offering, when given with devotion and within one’s means, is valid. The remembrance of Surabhi as eternally situated in Viṣṇu-pada frames the act as Viṣṇu-centered worship.
No specific Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa) is taught directly; the practical takeaway is dhārmic ritual proportionality—performing offerings without strain, consistent with smārta-purāṇic guidance on sustainable vrata and dāna.
