Narada (in the Narada–Sanatkumara dialogue framework; merit statement within the Anukramanika section)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It presents the text/teaching as a liberating “ocean of knowledge” and links mokṣa not only to jñāna but also to dharmic merit—supporting sacred structures and feeding brāhmaṇas—as practices that help cut saṃsāra-bonds.
While not naming a deity here, it reflects a Purāṇic bhakti-ethos: reverence for sacred embodiments of dharma (like a stūpa/monument) and service (anna-dāna to vipras) are treated as spiritually potent acts that support liberation alongside inner knowledge.
No specific Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa) is taught in this verse; the practical takeaway is ritual-ethics (dharma) in the form of stūpa-poṣaṇa and vipra-bhojana as merit-generating conduct.
