Sanatkumara (instruction addressed to Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It prescribes offering arghya to Sūrya as a purificatory daily rite, aligning the practitioner with dharma, vitality, and the cosmic order (ṛta) upheld by the Sun.
By directing a respectful offering to Sūrya with sanctified substances, it models bhakti through disciplined upāsanā—devotion expressed as reverent, regular worship.
It highlights ritual praxis—proper vessel (copper) and prescribed materials for arghya—reflecting applied kalpa (ritual procedure) and traditional observance within daily Sandhyā practices.
