Narada (teaching in the Narada Purana dialogue context)
Vrata: Mahālakṣmī-vrata
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It emphasizes disciplined daily devotion to Mahālakṣmī and teaches that a vow becomes spiritually complete only when it is properly concluded through udyāpana at the prescribed time.
Bhakti here is expressed as consistent, day-by-day pūjā with tangible offerings (gandha and related upacāras), culminating in a formal completion that reflects sincerity, gratitude, and ritual integrity.
It highlights calendrical and ritual precision—knowing the tithi (Kṛṣṇāṣṭamī) and applying correct vrata procedure (daily arcana and udyāpana), aligning practice with traditional dharma-śāstric timing.
