Saptamī-vrata-prakāśana

अदित्यां कश्यपाज्जज्ञे मित्रो नामा दिवाकरः । अतोऽस्यां पूजनं तस्य यथोक्तविधिना द्विज ॥ ४९ ॥

adityāṃ kaśyapājjajñe mitro nāmā divākaraḥ | ato'syāṃ pūjanaṃ tasya yathoktavidhinā dvija || 49 ||

จากพระอทิติ โดยฤษีกัศยป ได้บังเกิดพระทิวากรนามว่า ‘มิตระ’; เพราะฉะนั้น โอ้ทวิชะ ในวันนี้พึงบูชาท่านตามพิธีที่กล่าวไว้
