ตอนนี้กล่าวถึงกำเนิดแห่งศรีเทวรวาตะ-ตีรถะ การปรากฏของสถานศักดิ์สิทธิ์คือ วยาสะ-ตีรถะ และ โคตมะ-ตีรถะ พร้อมทั้งมหิมาแห่งกุลสันตาระ และมหิทธิฤทธิ์ของตีรถะที่เรียกว่า รามโกฏิ
