प्रादात् स ब्राह्मणश्चास्मै पादलेपम् उदारधीः ।

अभिमन्त्रयामास दिशं तेनाख्यातां च यत्नतः ॥

prādāt sa brāhmaṇaś cāsmai pāda-lepam udāra-dhīḥ |

abhimantrayāmāsa diśaṁ tenākhyātāṁ ca yatnataḥ ||

แล้วพราหมณ์ผู้ใจกว้างนั้นได้มอบยาทาเท้าให้แก่เขา และได้ทำพิธีเสกทิศที่เขาชี้ไว้ด้วยมนตร์อย่างรอบคอบ।
