अनेकदेशदर्शित्वेनातिश्रमसमान्वितः ।
त्वं नातिवृद्धो वयसा नातिवृत्तश्च यौवनात् ।
कथम् अल्पेन कालेन पृथिवीमटसि द्विज ॥
aneka-deśa-darśitvenātiśrama-samānvitaḥ |
tvaṁ nāti-vṛddho vayasā nāti-vṛttaś ca yauvanāt |
katham alpena kālena pṛthivīm aṭasi dvija ||
เมื่อท่านแสดงแผ่นดินมากมาย ท่านดูประหนึ่งอ่อนล้าด้วยความเพียรยิ่งใหญ่; แต่ท่านก็มิได้ชรามาก และมิได้พ้นวัยหนุ่ม. ข้าแต่พราหมณ์ ในเวลาเพียงน้อยนิดท่านท่องไปทั่วปฐพีได้อย่างไร?
