दिष्ट्या काशिपतेर्भूरि-बलसम्पत्पराक्रमः ।

यदुच्छेदादिहासयातः स युष्मत्सङ्गदो मम ॥

diṣṭyā kāśipater bhūri-bala-sampat-parākramaḥ /

yad-ucchedād ihāyātaḥ sa yuṣmat-saṅga-do mama

ด้วยโชคอันดี กษัตริย์แห่งกาศีมีพละกำลังยิ่งใหญ่ พร้อมด้วยทรัพยากรและความกล้าหาญ; เพราะเขาทำให้กำลัง/ฐานะของข้าพินาศ ข้าจึงมาถึงที่นี่—และสิ่งนั้นเองทำให้ข้าได้มีสหสัมพันธ์กับท่าน
