द्रवपूर्णमुपादाय पात्रमारोहतो भुवः ।

तुङ्गमार्गं विलोक्योच्चैर्विज्ञातं किं न योगिना ॥

dravapūrṇam upādāya pātram ārohato bhuvaḥ | tuṅgamārgaṃ vilokyoccair vijñātaṃ kiṃ na yoginā ||

เมื่อถือภาชนะที่เต็มไปด้วยของเหลว แล้วเห็นผู้หนึ่งไต่ขึ้นจากพื้นดินตามทางชัน—มีสิ่งใดเล่าที่โยคีจะไม่เข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความระมัดระวัง ความสมดุล และการไต่ขึ้น
