Adhyaya 41Yogic Conduct and the Discipline Leading to Siddhi

चक्षुः पूतं न्यसेत्पादं वस्त्रपूतं जलं पिबेत् । सत्यपूतां वदेद्वाणीं बुद्धिपूतञ्च चिन्तयेत् ॥

cakṣuḥ pūtaṃ nyaset pādaṃ vastrapūtaṃ jalaṃ pibet | satyapūtāṃ vaded vāṇīṃ buddhipūtañ ca cintayet ||

พึงวางเท้าในที่ซึ่งดวงตาได้ตรวจดูจน ‘บริสุทธิ์’; พึงดื่มน้ำที่กรองด้วยผ้า; พึงกล่าวถ้อยคำที่ชำระด้วยสัจจะ; และพึงดำริความคิดที่ชำระด้วยวิจารณญาณ
