Adhyaya 22 — Kuvalayashva’s Death through Daitya-Deceit and Madalasa’s Self-Immolation
अभिष्टूय त्वरायुक्तः समभ्येमीति वादिनम् ।
तं प्रणम्य ततः प्रादात् स तस्मै कण्ठभूषणम् ॥
abhiṣṭūya tvarāyuktaḥ samabhyemīti vādinam | taṃ praṇamya tataḥ prādāt sa tasmai kaṇṭhabhūṣaṇam ||
ครั้นสรรเสริญท่านแล้ว และถูกเร่งเร้าด้วยความจำเป็น เขากล่าวว่า “เราจักเข้าไปใกล้” แล้วจึงนอบน้อมคำนับและมอบสร้อยคอเป็นเครื่องประดับแก่ท่าน.
