वैशम्पायन उवाच एवं निवेद्य तान् पार्थान् पाण्डवान् पञ्च भूपते: । ततोअर्जुनस्य वैराटि: कथयामास विक्रमम्
vaiśampāyana uvāca evaṃ nivedya tān pārthān pāṇḍavān pañca bhūpateḥ | tato 'rjunasya vairāṭiḥ kathayāmāsa vikramam ||
ไวศัมปายนกล่าวว่า “ครั้นได้ทูลแนะนำปาณฑพทั้งห้า ผู้เป็นโอรสแห่งปฤถา แด่พระราชาแล้ว จากนั้นพระธิดาแห่งวิราฏะก็เริ่มเล่าถึงวีรกรรมของอรชุน”
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights that genuine excellence is established through courageous action and protection of others; once the truth is disclosed, rightful honor follows merit rather than appearances.
