कृपवाक्यं तथा नीत्युपदेशः

Kṛpa’s Counsel and a Discourse on Statecraft

सदा च तत्र पर्जन्य: सम्यग्वर्षी न संशय: । सम्पन्नसस्यथा च मही निरातड्का भविष्यति,“वहाँ मेघ सदा ठीक-ठीक वर्षा करता होगा, इसमें संशय नहीं है। वहाँकी भूमिपर खेती लहलहाती होगी और वहाँ निवास करनेवाली प्रजा सर्वथा निर्भय होगी

sadā ca tatra parjanyaḥ samyagvarṣī na saṁśayaḥ | sampannasasyathā ca mahī nirāṭaṅkā bhaviṣyati ||

ที่นั่นเมฆฝนจักโปรยปรายอย่างพอเหมาะเสมอ—หาได้มีข้อสงสัยไม่ แผ่นดินจักอุดมด้วยพืชผล และประชาชนผู้พำนักอยู่จักดำรงอยู่อย่างปราศจากความหวาดหวั่นโดยสิ้นเชิง
