Transliteration

yat tu śakyam ihāsmābhis tān vai sañcintya pāṇḍavān | buddhyā prayukta na drohāt pravakṣyāmi nibodha tat ||

Translation

เมื่อไตร่ตรองถึงปาณฑพทั้งหลายโดยรอบคอบ และใช้ปัญญาพิจารณา ข้าพเจ้าจะกล่าวหนทางที่เราพอทำได้ในที่นี้ ข้าพเจ้ามิได้กล่าวด้วยเจตนาร้าย หากกล่าวเพื่อประโยชน์ของท่าน—จงฟังโดยตั้งใจ
