Virāṭa-parva Adhyāya 22 — Draupadī’s Abduction Attempt and Bhīma’s Suppression of the Kīcakas
उवाच च महातेजा द्रौपदीं योषितां वराम् । पश्यैनमेहि पाञज्चालि कामुको5यं यथा कृत:,उस समय महातेजस्वी भीमने युवतियोंमें श्रेष्ठ द्रोपीसे कहा--'पांचाली! यहाँ आओ और इसे देखो। इस कामीकी शक्ल कैसी बना दी है!”
uvāca ca mahātejā draupadīṁ yoṣitāṁ varām | paśyainam ehi pāñcāli kāmuko 'yaṁ yathā kṛtaḥ ||
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า ครั้นแล้ว ภีมผู้ทรงเดชได้กล่าวแก่เทราปที ผู้เลิศในหมู่สตรีว่า “มานี่เถิด ปาญจาลี จงดูเขา—ดูเถิดว่าชายผู้ถูกกามครอบงำผู้นี้ถูกทำให้ตกต่ำถึงสภาพเช่นไร”
