दमयन्ती तथा वाग्भिरभिनन्द्य कृताज्जलि: । तौ परस्परत: प्रीतौ दृष्टवा त्वग्निपुरोगमान्‌

Transliteration

damayantī tathā vāgbhir abhinandya kṛtāñjaliḥ | tau parasparataḥ prītau dṛṣṭvā tv agnipurogamān ||

Translation

ทมยันตีประนมมือ กล่าวถ้อยคำอ่อนหวานต้อนรับพวกเขา ครั้นเห็นทั้งสองยินดีต่อกันแล้ว นางจึงทอดสายตาไปยังหมู่เทพผู้กำลังก้าวไปข้างหน้า โดยมีอัคนีเป็นผู้นำหน้า
