Nandā–Kauśikī Tīrtha Passage
दर्शयस्व महाराज मार्ग केन व्रजाम्यहम् । त्वदर्थमवतीर्णास्मि पृथिवीं पृथिवीपते,“महाराज! रास्ता दिखाओ मैं किस मार्गसे चलूँ? पृथ्वीपते! तुम्हारे लिये ही मैं इस भूतलपर उतरी हूँ!
darśayasva mahārāja mārgaṁ kena vrajāmy aham | tvadartham avatīrṇāsmī pṛthivīṁ pṛthivīpate ||
“ข้าแต่มหาราชา โปรดชี้ทาง—ข้าพเจ้าควรไปตามหนทางใด? ข้าแต่เจ้าแห่งพิภพ ข้าพเจ้าอวตารลงสู่โลกนี้ก็เพื่อท่านเท่านั้น”
