भीष्म उवाच स एवमनुशास्तस्तु याज्ञवल्क्येन धीमता । प्रीतिमानभवद्‌ राजा मिथिलाधिपतिस्तदा

bhīṣma uvāca | sa evam anuśāstastu yājñavalkyena dhīmatā | prītimān abhavad rājā mithilādhipatis tadā |

ภีษมะกล่าวว่า ครั้นได้รับโอวาทดังนี้จากยาชญวลกยะผู้ทรงปัญญา พระเจ้าชนกผู้ครองมิถิลาในกาลนั้นก็ทรงปีติยินดีอย่างยิ่ง
