पर्वतेभ्यश्न जागर्ति रसो रसगुणात्‌ तथा । जागर्ति निर्क्रतिदेवी ज्योतींषि निर्क्रतेरेपि

Transliteration

parvatebhyaś ca jāgarti raso rasaguṇāt tathā | jāgarti nirṛtidevī jyotīṁṣi nirṛter api ||

Translation

วสุหโรมากล่าวว่า “จากภูผาทั้งหลาย ‘รสะ’ คือแก่นสารย่อมตื่นเฝ้า และด้วยคุณแห่งรสะนั้น รสะเองก็ดำรงความตื่นรู้. เทวีเนฤติย่อมตื่นเฝ้า และจากเนฤติ แม้หมู่ประทีปแห่งฟ้า (ดวงสว่างทั้งหลาย) ก็ยังตื่นอยู่. ดังนี้ในสายธารแห่งการเกื้อหนุนกัน แต่ละภาวะย่อมรับ ‘ทัณฑะ’—อำนาจแห่งการยับยั้งและการปกครอง—แล้วตั้งมั่นตื่นเฝ้าเพื่อพิทักษ์โลก.”
