मन्यमान: प्रभावं च कृष्णस्यामिततेजस: । तेन न च्यावितश्नाहं क्षत्रधर्मात् स्वनुछितात्
manyamānaḥ prabhāvaṃ ca kṛṣṇasyāmitatejasaḥ | tena na cyāvitaś cāhaṃ kṣatradharmāt svanuṣṭhitāt ||
แม้ตระหนักถึงอานุภาพอันยิ่งใหญ่ของกฤษณะผู้มีรัศมีหาประมาณมิได้ ข้าก็มิได้หวั่นไหวจากธรรมแห่งกษัตริย์นักรบซึ่งข้าได้ยึดถือปฏิบัติเป็นวิถีของตน
