Gadā-yuddhe Bhīma–Duryodhanayoḥ Tumulaḥ Saṃprahāraḥ

समाप्तं च महाराज नारीणां दर्शन पुन: । 'राजेन्द्र! महाराज! आज खोटी बुद्धिवाले कुरुराज दुर्योधनका सारा सुख समाप्त हो गया। अब इसके लिये पुनः अपनी स्त्रियोंको देखना और उनसे मिलना असम्भव है ।। २४ ई | अद्यायं कुरुराजस्य शान्तनो: कुलपांसन:

สัญชัยกล่าวว่า “ข้าแต่มหาราช โอกาสที่จะได้เห็นเหล่านารีอีกครั้งก็สิ้นสุดลงแล้ว วันนี้กษัตริย์กุรุผู้นั้น—ผู้เป็นมลทินแห่งวงศ์ศานตนุ—ถูกตัดขาดจากความรื่นรมย์ที่เหลืออยู่ทั้งปวง”
