सौम्या गौ: सुरभियद्देवी विश्रवाश्व महानृषि: । संकल्प: सागरो गजड्जा स्रवन्त्यो5थ मरुद्गण:
bhīṣma uvāca |
saumyā gauḥ surabhir yad devī viśravāś ca mahān ṛṣiḥ |
saṅkalpaḥ sāgaraḥ gaṅgādyāḥ sravantyo 'tha marudgaṇaḥ ||
ภีษมะกล่าวว่า “ในบัญชีนามอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์นั้น ยังมี สุรภี—โคเทวีผู้ละมุน, มหาฤๅษีวิศรวา, สังกัลปะ—พลังแห่งความตั้งใจ, มหาสมุทร, สายน้ำที่ไหลรินเริ่มด้วยคงคา, และหมู่มารุตทั้งหลายด้วย”
