अतृप्यन्तस्तु साधूनां य एवागमबुद्धय: । परमित्येव संतुष्टास्तानुपास्व च पूच्छ च

bhīṣma uvāca | atṛpyantastu sādhūnāṃ ya evāgamabuddhayaḥ | paramityeva saṃtuṣṭās tānupāsva ca pṛccha ca ||

ภีษมะกล่าวว่า “ผู้ใดไม่เคยอิ่มเอมกับการคบหาสัตบุรุษ ผู้มีปัญญายึดอาคมเป็นหลักอำนาจ ผู้มีความสันโดษ และผู้ถือว่าธรรมะเท่านั้นเป็นยอดสูงสุด—จงปรนนิบัติมหาบุรุษเช่นนั้น อยู่ใกล้ชิดเขา และถามข้อกังขาของตนให้สิ้น”
