अमृत्यु: सर्वदृक्‌ सिंह: संधाता सन्धिमान्स्थिर: । अजो दुर्मर्षण: शास्ता विश्रुतात्मा सुरारिहा

Transliteration

amṛtyuḥ sarvadṛk siṁhaḥ saṁdhātā sandhimān sthiraḥ | ajo durmarṣaṇaḥ śāstā viśrutātmā surārihā ||

Translation

ภีษมะกล่าวว่า: พระองค์ทรงเป็นอมฤตยู ผู้ไร้มรณะ และทรงเห็นทั่วทั้งปวง; เป็นราชสีห์ผู้ทำลายคนพาล. พระองค์คือผู้จัดสรร ผู้ผูกสัตว์โลกเข้ากับผลแห่งกรรม; ผู้ครอบครองผลแห่งยัญญะและตบะ; มั่นคงไม่แปรผัน. ทรงเป็นอชะ ผู้ไม่บังเกิด; ทรงต้านทานมิได้; เป็นศาสดา ผู้ปกครองและลงทัณฑ์สรรพชีวิต; เป็นผู้มีสภาวะเลื่องลือในพระเวทและศาสตรา; และเป็นผู้ปราบศัตรูของเหล่าเทวะ.
