Shloka 139

योगो ज्ञानं तथा सांख्यं विद्या शिल्पादि कर्म च | वेदा: शास्त्राणि विज्ञानमेतत्‌ सर्व जनार्दनात्‌,योग, ज्ञान, सांख्य, विद्याएँ, शिल्प आदि कर्म, वेद, शास्त्र और विज्ञान--ये सब विष्णुसे उत्पन्न हुए हैं

yogo jñānaṃ tathā sāṅkhyaṃ vidyā śilpādi karma ca | vedāḥ śāstrāṇi vijñānam etat sarvaṃ janārdanāt ||

ภีษมะกล่าวว่า—โยคะ ญาณ สางขยะ วิทยาการนานาประการ ศิลปกรรมและการงานทั้งปวง ตลอดจนพระเวท คัมภีร์ศาสตรา และความรู้เชิงวิทยา—ทั้งหมดนี้ล้วนบังเกิดจากชนารทนะ (พระวิษณุ) เท่านั้น
