भीष्म उवाच इति भूमेर्वच: श्रुत्वा वासुदेव: प्रतापवान्‌ । तथा चकार सतत त्वमप्येवं सदाचर

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca | iti bhūmervacaḥ śrutvā vāsudevaḥ pratāpavān | tathā cakāra satataṃ tvam apy evaṃ sadācara ||

Translation

ภีษมะกล่าวว่า “โอ้ยุธิษฐิระ ครั้นได้ฟังถ้อยคำของพระแม่ธรณีแล้ว วาสุเทวะผู้ทรงเดช (ศรีกฤษณะ) ได้ประพฤติตามนั้น และปฏิบัติธรรมของคฤหัสถ์โดยถูกต้องอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ท่านเองก็พึงประพฤติธรรมเหล่านี้อยู่เสมอเป็นวัตร”
