तस्मात्‌ तज्जननीहेतोमनिषत्वमुपागता । जनयित्वा वसूनष्टौ जिता लोकास्त्वयाक्षया:,अतः इन वसुओंकी जननी होनेके लिये मैं मानवशरीर धारण करके आयी थी। राजन! तुमने आठ वसुओंको जन्म देकर अक्षय लोक जीत लिये हैं

tasmāt taj-jananī-hetoḥ manuṣyatvam upāgatā | janayitvā vasūn aṣṭau jitā lokās tvayākṣayāḥ ||

ฉะนั้น เพื่อเป็นมารดาของเหล่าวสุ ข้าจึงรับสภาพเป็นมนุษย์และมาสู่โลกนี้ โอ้พระราชา ด้วยการให้กำเนิดวสุทั้งแปด ท่านได้พิชิตโลกอันไม่เสื่อมสูญแล้ว
