ततो नमुचिहा क्रुद्धों भृशमर्चिष्मतस्तदा । पुनरेव महामेघैरम्भांसि व्यसूजद् बहु,तब नमुचिनाशक इन्द्रदेव अग्निपर अत्यन्त कुपित हो पुनः बड़े-बड़े मेघोंद्वारा बहुत जलकी वर्षा कराने लगे
tato namuci-hā kruddho bhṛśam arcīṣmatas tadā | punar eva mahāmeghair ambhāṃsi vyasūjad bahu ||
ครั้นแล้วอินทรา ผู้พิฆาตนมุจิ โกรธเกรี้ยวต่ออัคนีอันโชติช่วงยิ่งนัก จึงให้มหาเมฆปล่อยสายน้ำมากมายลงมาอีกครั้ง
