Tilottamā, Sunda–Upasunda, and the Pāṇḍava Samaya (Ādi Parva 204)

धर्मे चानवरौ राजन्‌ सत्यतायां च भारत । रामाद्‌ दाशरथेश्वैव गयाच्चैव न संशय:,भरतवंशी नरेश! ये दोनों धर्म और सत्यवादितामें दशरथनन्दन श्रीराम तथा राजा गयसे कम नहीं हैं। मेरा यह कथन सर्वथा संशयरहित है

dharme cānavarau rājan satyatāyāṃ ca bhārata | rāmād dāśaratheś caiva gayāc caiva na saṃśayaḥ ||

วิทุระกล่าวว่า “ข้าแต่พระราชาเชื้อสายภารตะ ในธรรมและความสัตย์จริง บุรุษทั้งสองนี้มิได้ด้อยไปกว่าพระรามโอรสทศรถ หรือพระเจ้าคยะเลย—ปราศจากข้อกังขา”
