Tilottamā, Sunda–Upasunda, and the Pāṇḍava Samaya (Ādi Parva 204)
उक्तमेतत् पुरा राजन् मया गुणवतस्तव । दुर्योधनापराधेन प्रजेयं वै विनड्क्ष्यति,भूपाल! आप गुणवान् हैं। आपसे तो मैंने पहले ही यह कह दिया था कि दुर्योधनके अपराधसे निश्चय ही यह समस्त प्रजा नष्ट हो जायगी
uktam etat purā rājan mayā guṇavatas tava | duryodhanāparādhena prajeyaṃ vai vinaṅkṣyati bhūpāla ||
วิทุระกล่าวว่า “ข้าแต่มหาราช พระองค์ทรงคุณธรรม ข้าพเจ้าเคยทูลเตือนไว้ก่อนแล้วว่า ด้วยความผิดของทุรโยธนะ ประชาราษฎร์ทั้งปวงนี้จักพินาศเป็นแน่”
