वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse presents ethical formation as inseparable from learning: regular svādhyāya, purity, gentleness, and courteous speech are portrayed as virtues that shape the Pāṇḍavas’ conduct and reputation.
Vaiśampāyana narrates that the Pāṇḍavas, characterized by disciplined study and refined behavior, travel onward and arrive in the region of the Pāñcālas.
