अध्याय १८४ — भैक्षविभागः, शयनविधानम्, धृष्टद्युम्नस्य निवेदनम्
Alms Distribution, Night Lodging, and Dhṛṣṭadyumna’s Report
ऋषयश्न महात्मान: स्वयंवरदिदृक्षव: । दुर्योधनपुरोगाश्व॒ सकर्णा: कुरवो नूप,बहुत-से महात्मा ऋषि-मुनि भी स्वयंवर देखनेके लिये आये। राजन! दुर्योधन आदि कुरुवंशी भी कर्णके साथ वहाँ आये थे
ṛṣayaś ca mahātmānaḥ svayaṃvaradidṛkṣavaḥ | duryodhanapurogāś ca sakarṇāḥ kuravo nṛpa ||
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า—เหล่าฤๅษีผู้ยิ่งใหญ่จำนวนมากก็พากันมา ด้วยปรารถนาจะได้เห็นพิธีสวยัมวระ และข้าแต่พระราชา เหล่ากุรุก็มาเช่นกัน นำโดยทุรโยธนะ พร้อมด้วยกรรณะ
