Educational Q&A

Any undertaking aimed at human welfare should be guided by priests/advisers who are disciplined and self-controlled; ethical success depends on the moral quality of those entrusted with sacred and advisory roles.

A Gandharva addresses a descendant of Tapati and offers counsel on proper conduct: when pursuing any beneficial goal in the world, one should engage restrained, virtuous purohitas to oversee and guide the action in accordance with dharma.
