Ādi Parva, Adhyāya 146 — Brāhmaṇī’s counsel on grief, duty, and protection of children
भीमसेन उवाच यदीदं गृहमाग्नेयं विहितं मन्यते भवान् | तथैव साधु गच्छामो यत्र पूर्वोषिता वयम्,भीमसेन बोले--भैया! यदि आप यह मानते हों कि इस घरका निर्माण अग्निको उद्दीप्त करनेवाली वस्तुओंसे हुआ है तो हमलोग जहाँ पहले रहते थे, कुशलपूर्वक पुनः उसी घरमें क्यों न लौट चलें?
bhīmasena uvāca | yad idaṃ gṛham āgneyaṃ vihitaṃ manyate bhavān | tathaiva sādhu gacchāmo yatra pūrvoṣitā vayam |
ภีมเสนกล่าวว่า “พี่ชาย หากท่านเห็นว่าเรือนนี้สร้างด้วยสิ่งของที่ยิ่งกระพือไฟได้ ก็สมควรแล้วที่เราจะรีบออกเดินทาง กลับไปยังที่ซึ่งเราเคยพำนักมาก่อนโดยสวัสดิภาพ”
