प्रांश:ः कनकतालाभ: सिंहसंहननो युवा । असंख्येयगुण: श्रीमान् भास्करस्यात्मसम्भव:
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
prāṃśaḥ kanakatālābhaḥ siṃhasaṃhanano yuvā |
asaṅkhyeyaguṇaḥ śrīmān bhāskarasyātmasambhavaḥ ||
เขาสูงใหญ่ยิ่งนัก ประหนึ่งต้นตาลสีทอง. สรีระแน่นหนาดุจสิงห์. เปี่ยมด้วยคุณความดีนับมิถ้วน อยู่ในวัยหนุ่มอันฮึกเหิม และทรงศรี; เพราะกำเนิดจากภาสกร จึงเรืองรองด้วยสง่าราศีทิพย์.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
