पज्चभि भ्रीतिभि: पार्थद्रोण: परिवृतो बभौ | पञ्चतारेण संयुक्त: सावित्रेणेव चन्द्रमा:,इधर कुन्तीकुमार पाँचों भाइयोंसे घिरे हुए आचार्य द्रोण पाँच तारोंवाले हस्त नक्षत्रसे संयुक्त चन्द्रमाकी भाँति शोभा पा रहे थे

Vaiśampāyana uvāca | pañcabhir bhrātṛbhiḥ Pārthadroṇaḥ parivṛto babhau | pañcatāreṇa saṃyuktaḥ sāvitreṇeva candramāḥ ||

ท่ามกลางพี่น้องทั้งห้าบุตรแห่งปฤถาโอบล้อมอยู่ อาจารย์โทรณะก็รุ่งเรืองดุจจันทร์ที่ประกอบกับนักษัตรหัสตะอันมีห้าดาว ภายใต้เทวะสวิตฤเป็นประธาน
