Pāṇḍu’s Gifts, Forest Residence, and Vidura’s Marriage

सम्बभूव तया सार्ध मातु: प्रियचिकीर्षया । भयात्‌ काशिसुता तं॑ तु नाशक्नोदभिवीक्षितुम्‌,माताका प्रिय करनेकी इच्छासे व्यासजीने उसके साथ समागम किया; परंतु काशिराजकी कन्या भयके मारे उनकी ओर अच्छी तरह देख न सकी

sambabhūva tayā sārdha mātuḥ priyacikīrṣayā | bhayāt kāśisutā taṃ tu nāśaknod abhivīkṣitum ||

เพื่อสนองความปรารถนาของมารดา วยาสจึงร่วมสังวาสกับนาง; แต่ธิดาแห่งกษัตริย์กาศีด้วยความหวาดหวั่น ไม่อาจจ้องมองเขาได้อย่างมั่นคง
