Shloka 194

उमामहेश्वरव्रतं—पञ्चाक्षरमन्त्रस्य माहात्म्यं, न्यासः, जपविधिः, सदाचारः, विनियोगः

औदर्यैर्व्याधिभिः सर्वैर् मासेनैकेन मुच्यते एकादशेन भुञ्जीयाद् अन्नं चैवाभिमन्त्रितम्

audaryairvyādhibhiḥ sarvair māsenaikena mucyate ekādaśena bhuñjīyād annaṃ caivābhimantritam

ย่อมพ้นจากโรคทั้งปวงอันเกิดจากความผิดปกติแห่งท้องได้ภายในหนึ่งเดือน และพึงบริโภคอาหารที่ได้อภิมนตร์แล้ว โดยปฏิบัติตามวินัยสิบเอ็ดประการ (เอกาทศวิธี)
