Adhyaya 8: Yogasthanas, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama-Siddhi, and Shiva-Dhyana leading to Samadhi

सर्वोपाधिविनिर्मुक्तं ध्यानगम्यं विचारतः अद्वयं तमसश्चैव परस्तात्संस्थितं परम्

sarvopādhivinirmuktaṃ dhyānagamyaṃ vicārataḥ advayaṃ tamasaścaiva parastātsaṃsthitaṃ param

สภาวะสูงสุดนั้นพ้นจากอุปาธิทั้งปวง เข้าถึงได้ด้วยสมาธิและการพิจารณาอันรู้แจ้ง เป็นเอกภาวะไร้ทวิภาวะ อยู่เหนือความมืด (ตมัส) ตั้งมั่นเป็นปรมัตถ์สูงสุด—พระศิวะ ผู้เป็นปติผู้ปลดปล่อยปศุจากปาศะ
