Adhyaya 72 — Puradāha: Rudra’s Cosmic Chariot, Pāśupata-Vrata, and Brahmā’s Shiva-Stuti

द्विशिखस् त्रिशिखश्चैव तथा पञ्चशिखो द्विजाः मुण्डो ऽर्धमुण्डो दीर्घश् च पिशाचास्यः पिनाकधृक्

dviśikhas triśikhaścaiva tathā pañcaśikho dvijāḥ muṇḍo 'rdhamuṇḍo dīrghaś ca piśācāsyaḥ pinākadhṛk

โอ ทวิชะทั้งหลาย! พระองค์ทรงเป็นที่รู้จักว่า “ทวิศิขะ ตริศิขะ และปัญจศิขะ”; เป็นผู้โกนศีรษะ ผู้โกนครึ่งศีรษะ และผู้สูงสง่า; ผู้มีพักตร์ดุจปีศาจปิศาจะ และผู้ทรงคันศรปินากะ—ดังนี้พระปติ พระศิวะผู้เป็นเจ้า ถูกสรรเสริญด้วยนามเหล่านี้।
