स्वायंभुवे ऽन्तरे पूर्वे ब्रह्मणा ये ऽभिषेचिताः ते ह्येते चाभिषिच्यन्ते मनवश् च भवन्ति ते
Transliteration
svāyaṃbhuve 'ntare pūrve brahmaṇā ye 'bhiṣecitāḥ te hyete cābhiṣicyante manavaś ca bhavanti te
Translation
ผู้ที่ในกาลมนวันตระสวายัมภูวะก่อนนั้น ได้รับพิธีอภิเษกจากพระพรหม—คนเหล่านั้นเองที่บัดนี้ได้รับอภิเษกอีกครั้ง; และด้วยอภิเษกนั้น พวกเขาจึงเป็น “มนู” ผู้เป็นเจ้าแห่งมนวันตระ।
