इत्येतन्मण्डलं शुक्लं भास्वरं सूर्यसंज्ञितम् नक्षत्रग्रहसोमानां प्रतिष्ठायोनिरेव च

ityetanmaṇḍalaṃ śuklaṃ bhāsvaraṃ sūryasaṃjñitam nakṣatragrahasomānāṃ pratiṣṭhāyonireva ca

ดังนี้วงกลมอันขาวผ่อง สว่างไสว และรุ่งเรืองนี้ เรียกว่า ‘พระอาทิตย์’; เป็นทั้งที่ตั้งมั่นและเป็นครรภ์-แหล่งกำเนิดของนักษัตร ดาวเคราะห์ และโสมะ (พระจันทร์)

It frames cosmic order as a divinely sustained mandala: for a Shaiva devotee, such cosmic supports ultimately rest in Pati (Shiva), so Linga worship aligns the pashu (soul) with the same sustaining principle behind Surya, Soma, and the grahas.
