सूर्यरथ-रचना, ध्रुव-प्रेरणा, मास-गणाः च

Jyotish-chakra: Surya’s Motion and Monthly Retinues

पौरुषेयो वधश्चैव यातुधानावुदाहृतौ एते वसन्ति वै सूर्ये मासयोः शुचिशुक्रयोः

pauruṣeyo vadhaścaiva yātudhānāvudāhṛtau ete vasanti vai sūrye māsayoḥ śuciśukrayoḥ

‘เปารุษยะ’ และ ‘วธะ’ ได้กล่าวว่าเป็นยาตุธานะ ในเดือนศุจิและศุกร คณะนี้สถิตอยู่ในดวงอาทิตย์; ตามทัศนะไศวะ สรรพกำลังทั้งปวงดำเนินอยู่ภายใต้อธิปไตยของพระศิวะ (ปติ)
