युगाक्षकोटिस्त्वेतस्य वातोर्मिस्यन्दनस्य तु कीले सक्ता यथा रज्जुर् भ्रमते सर्वतोदिशम्

Transliteration

yugākṣakoṭistvetasya vātormisyandanasya tu kīle saktā yathā rajjur bhramate sarvatodiśam

Translation

ปลายคาน-เพลาของรถที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยระลอกลมนี้ เมื่อยึดติดกับหมุดแล้ว ย่อมหมุนไปทุกทิศ—ดุจเชือกที่ผูกกับหลักแล้วเหวี่ยงวนรอบด้าน.
