FAQs

It places Linga-centered Shiva Dharma within a time-cycle framework, implying that the transmission of Shaiva teachings (including Linga-upasana) is safeguarded by luminous rishis like Vyasa across successive parivartas.

Indirectly, it highlights Shiva-tattva as the steady Pati-principle whose dharma is periodically re-articulated through tejas-filled sages; the constancy of Pati contrasts with the changing parivartas that affect pashus in samsara.

No specific puja-vidhi is stated; the emphasis is on parampara—scriptural preservation and right teaching—serving as the foundation for correct Pashupata-oriented sadhana and Linga worship in later sections.
