प्रचेतसस्ते विख्याता राजानः प्रथितैजसः / अधीतवन्तः स्वं वेदं नारायणपरायणाः

pracetasaste vikhyātā rājānaḥ prathitaijasaḥ / adhītavantaḥ svaṃ vedaṃ nārāyaṇaparāyaṇāḥ

เหล่าประเจตัสนั้นเป็นกษัตริย์ผู้เลื่องชื่อ โดดเด่นด้วยรัศมีรุ่งโรจน์ ครั้นศึกษาเวทของตนโดยชอบแล้ว ก็ยึดพระนารายณ์เป็นที่พึ่งและเป็นจุดหมายสูงสุด
